About Nootka Sound Fishing Lodge area

The Nootka Sound area is amazing whether you want to take it easy or challenge your saltwater fishing skills, this is the right choice. Many people tell us that fishing this location is on par with any other areas on the West Coast including Alaska, Queen Charlottes and at a fair price. King Salmon as well as Halibut Fishing are only a short distance away in Nootka Sound and can be combined as a day charter from the Campbell River area.

Make this a truly great fishing adventure...

We fish for all the Salmon species when in season. King Salmon (Chinook, Silvers (Coho), Sockeye, Pink as well as Chum. The bottom fish we target are Halibut, Lingcod, Rock Cod. Trolling with Down Riggers as well as some mooching for Salmon and jigging for bottom fish. We use light tackle single and double action reels.
